Cancellation by Piranhas Events

If an event is cancelled by Piranhas Events, we will provide a full refund to all customers who have purchased tickets for that event. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved to a different location, we will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of the change and provide alternative options. If a customer is unable to attend the rescheduled event, we will offer a refund upon request.
